1. Click on your **Form**, add new **Fields** and place the **UTM parametres** as shown in the image below:

2. In **Contéudo**, in **Field** it must be configured as **Hidden** and in Label add the name of the parameter that is in the **created field**:

3. **Under Advanced**, click **Dynamic Tags** and select the **Query Parameter** option:

4. Immediately after following the above step, configure the **Query Parameter**, leaving the GET type and entering the name of the parameter (**Field**):

5. Finally, in the **ID** field, enter the name of the parameter (**Field**):
   \
   **NOTE: Just follow this step for all other UTM parametres (Fields)**

   <figure><img src="https://uploads.help.center/669a4d2f97a3c5b961ca4147/66f1b687ffd7526368072423/original/M40KYU0Q8E?t=1727119643113" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
6. After performing the above settings, in **Redirect, the URL** should be in the “Redirect to” field after checkout with the following parameters:

   ```bash
   ?utm_source=[field id="utm_source"]&utm_campaign=[field id="utm_campaign"]&utm_medium=[field id="utm_medium"]&utm_content=[field id="utm_content"]&utm_term=[field id="utm_term"]&xcod=[field id="xcod"]
   ```

   Remembering that you use the question mark (?) for URLs that do not have it to add the parameters, if the URL already has it, simply use the "commercial e" sign (&) and the parameters onwards.

7. After completing the steps above, simply publish the modifications and the UTMs will be passed on to checkout correctly.
   \
