# How to track your sales from your COD FORM REALISIT operation (Counter delivery on Drop Latam)

1\. **Open your order form editor**

* Go to the platform where you customize the checkout (it could be the HTML of your form or via some visual builder from your store). As for example: **Shopify**.

2\. **Add the fields to store UTMs**

* Have your developer (or tool support) add hidden fields to the form with the name:
  * `note_attributes[utm_source]`
  * `note_attributes[utm_campaign]`
  * `note_attributes[utm_medium]`
  * `note_attributes[utm_content]`
  * `note_attributes[utm_term]`

{% hint style="warning" %}
Note: These fields do not appear to the customer, but save the information in the order.
{% endhint %}

3\. **Configure Autocomplete**

* With our UTM script we will capture the URL parameters and place them inside the hidden fields before the form is submitted.

4\. **Testing in practice**

* [Click and check out the tutorial to test if it is working properly after the above modifications](https://utmify.help.center/article/1036-como-testar-se-as-minhas-paginas-estao-passando-as-utms)
* Place a test order.
* Access the order in the **Shopify** dashboard and look for the data within the "**order note**" or "**notes**" section. The UTMs must show up there!

5\. There you go!
