You can generate passive income by referring people to UTMify. How does the commission work? Our referral program pays 10% commission for 6 months from the sign-up date, based on the subscription value of the account you referred. The subscription value is the amount your referral pays monthly to use UTMify. The referred user gets a 10% discount on the first month for using your referral link. For example, if your referral subscribed to the R$ 299.90/month plan, your commission will be R$ 26.99\* in the first month and R$ 29.99\* per month for the next 5 months. The more you refer, the more you earn. \*This amount may be reduced due to transaction fees and taxes. How do we identify that you referred an account? Identification is done through your unique referral link. Only accounts that sign up through your link will be counted as your referrals. We use a first-click tracking system with a 30-day duration. You can only refer new users who have never signed up for UTMify before. How can I promote UTMify? There are several ways to earn money by referring UTMify: Promote to your Instagram audience YouTube videos Blog articles Recruit people you know who already sell on other platforms Paid Facebook advertising You can also create landing pages about UTMify, as long as it's clear that it's a testimonial / blog / review page, and not an official UTMify page. Running Google Search ads with the keyword "UTMify" or creating social media profiles using UTMify's name is strictly prohibited, with risk of account suspension. Self-referrals are prohibited in the referral program. How does the withdrawal process work? The minimum amount per withdrawal is R$ 50.00, for both CPF and CNPJ. The maximum monthly withdrawal for CPF accounts is R$ 1,900.00. There is no limit for CNPJ accounts. So, if your commission exceeds this monthly amount, you will need to withdraw as a CNPJ. For withdrawals as an individual (PF), a 20% deduction is applied to cover mandatory tax obligations. This means the amount received is only 80% of the original. The withdrawal CPF or CNPJ does not need to be registered on UTMify. In other words, even if you have a UTMify account registered with a CPF, you can withdraw to a CNPJ. The choice between PF or CNPJ withdrawal is made at the time of the withdrawal request. It is not possible to select the withdrawal amount. Since this is a special commission, the only available option is to withdraw the full released balance. CNPJ accounts must issue an invoice (nota fiscal) to receive the referral program payment. Here's how it works: After requesting the withdrawal, our team will send an email with all the necessary details for issuing the invoice. Once issued, simply send it to the indicated email address and we will process the payment to the CNPJ's PIX key provided at the time of the withdrawal request, within the first 5 business days of the following month. If the withdrawal is not processed within the deadline, contact us to check if there was any payment issue. Currently, commission withdrawals are only available to bank accounts in Brazil. What is pending balance? It is the total commission amount generated by your referrals that is still pending, meaning it has not yet been released for withdrawal. The release for withdrawal occurs 33 days after the commission amount enters the pending balance. Prohibited promotional activities: There are some promotional practices that are not allowed and may result in your account being blocked. The reason is that these practices are harmful to the UTMify brand and cause confusion among our customers. See the list of prohibited activities below: Creating social media pages using UTMify's name Running Google Search ads using the keyword "UTMify" Creating a website impersonating UTMify, or giving the impression that it is an official UTMify website Cookie-stuffing or any other attempt to circumvent the tracking system UTMify reserves the right to block the referral program for your account at any time, without the need to provide an explanation. In addition to prohibited promotional activities, the following situations may also result in blocking: Suspected fraud Low-quality referrals Ads harmful to the UTMify brand Or any other situation that is grounds for blocking. In the event of cancellation of your referral program, you will not receive any pending commissions. Self-referral Self-referrals are prohibited in the referral program.
