# Can I pause a subscription?

We currently do not offer the option to pause your subscription. If you need to temporarily suspend your subscription, you can choose to cancel it, as described [neste artigo](https://utmify.gitbook.io/central-de-ajuda/conta-e-assinatura/como-cancelar-o-meu-plano).

Note: If you cancel your account or remain inactive for more than 15 days, your reward bar balance will be reset to zero, and you will no longer be eligible for rewards.

To reactivate your account, simply subscribe again by going to the Subscription tab and clicking "Upgrade" using the same Utmify account.\
